They gave my dog the wrong dosage of medicine, when we got home the dog started having seziures and foaming from mouth we called right away and told them what happened and asked to come back they told us they were closing and the vet was getting ready to leave they said he would stay 10 extra mins but would leave after that we live 20 mins away and they would not wait for us they told us to take our pet to middletown emergency hospital, we feel our pet was poisioned by Dr Shanker he has no feelings for pets he was rough and uncaring. our new vet hinted at a lawsuit against him for medical misconduct our pet almost died going to this place they cannot and should not be trusted with the care of any pet

I would not reccomend bringing your pet here, As I arrived for my appointment the receptionist was very rude to me. She was very snotty and answered my questions as if you are stupid. I have never walked in to any business and been treated in that way. I felt like a bad pet owner. I was also informed that I would not be seeing the doctor that I scheduled the appointment with! The appointment went ok but once again I got treated rudley on my way out. I did not ask any questions or make the recheck appointment I was told to make. I will be taking my pet somewhere we will both be treated with respect.

I take both my dogs here, and they are great. I had one small problem after my dog was fixed, and I brought him in right away. They did not charge me for anything at all. Would reccomend this vet to anyone.
