If I could pick 0 stars I would. I ordered two wingback looking recliners. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want puffy bubba chairs and ordered the wingback with no puffiness at all. Debbie said they'd be delivered 6 to. 8 weeks. She calls me to say that they didn't have the blue leather in that chair but she'd order a chair that as very similar. Four months and 4says later I received 2 big puffy bubba chairs. I told her delivery people they weren't my chairs but they left them. I called them to pick them up. Debbie told me I'd have to pay a $644 re-stock fee even though the chairs were NOTHING like what I ordered. They disregard their mistakes and I'll never step a foot in their store again.
