        I agree with everything below, and want to add this. I have had packages stolen off my door step because the office staff refused to take packages from deliveries anymore. The washer in my apartment "ate" all my clothes, and the heater doesn't keep the apt warm at all (but makes plenty of noise to make up for it). When I register complaints, no one answers my emails (especially about crazy neighbors and packages getting stolen). Forget about negotiating to get out of a lease--not only does it cost you one month's rent, but they need 60 days notice to release you, so basically, you are losing 2 months rent to get out of a lease. Snow removal happens at 11 pm at night; mowing the grass and blowing it around happens on Monday night until 8 pm (real nice way to start the week). They do not care about quality of life of their residents; just the money they rack in with incredibly overpriced apartments.

        Beware before renting at this place; it is run by a large corporation that is traded on Wall St. What this means is they only care about profit; they do not care about you as a person. Their priority is to please their stockholders and squeeze as many dollars out of their tenants as possible.



        Every time your lease comes up for expiration you get an "Early Bird Special" of a rent increase. My last offer was a rent increase of over $200 non-negotiable. I refused to pay that and they do not care because they got a new sucker coming in and paying over $1,400 for a one bedroom.



        If you are on a fixed budget or looking for a long term place to live, you should look elsewhere.
