We received exceptional service from scheduling the event, exceptional customer service from everyone at Eyre, a new and clean bus for our trip and a bus driver that made our trip a smooth and enjoyable time all the way around. Eyre Bus has been a presence in Columbia ever since we moved here in 1980. They have a distinguished record for helping this community connect to DC and Baltimore! Their buses, always spotlessly clean, their friendly drivers and reliable service have been a positive feature in our city. This spring our company chartered Eyre's executive coach for a fun filled trip to DC and we had a great time! the driver was very friendly, a true host - and the bus was very comfortable and made the ride itself an unexpected highlight of our trip!

We have chartered the Eyre Executive…
We have chartered the Eyre Executive Coach for several team building activities in the last 2 years including a wine country tour to VA, a visit to St Michaels, and most recently crabs in Annapolis. In every occasion the service has been tremendous, the drivers knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, and the “bus” clean, well equipped, and just a fun place to hang out with friends. The folks as Eyre always work with us to make the event special and to ensure every aspect of the outing goes off without a hitch. There simply is no better way to travel and no better folks to deal with than the Eyre team. I highly recommend Eyre.

My company hired Eyre Bus Tour and Travel for a company outing in DC. We were welcomed in grand style and enjoyed every minute of the trip down and back. The bus was clean, we had plenty of comfy seating (we got the Executive Coach) and the driver was fantastic. We will definitely make this an annual event and continue to use the Eyre bus service!

This was my first time chartering a bus, actually two buses this summer. I was very pleased with Eyre, everything from start to finish was excellent and professional. The drivers were very friendly and most importantly very safe. Thanks again for making my first experience a good one.

Our group chartered 2 buses with Eyre this June. On both trips the drivers provided great customer service, were professional and made our passengers feel very safe.
Also the buses were very nice and clean! We will be back next June for sure! -

An Evening to Remember!
An evening to remember and forever cherished, was made possible by the use of the Eyre Executive coach. Eyre provided not just the beautiful coach, but also a driver with great personality and excellent knowledge of Washington DC. The experience started with an idea to take my family to see the Holiday light display on a private tour a few days before Christmas to embrace family and the Holiday spirit. Thanks to Eyre, the experience far exceeded not just my expectations, but everyone in the family. We are looking forward to our next event and cannot imagine it with out Eyre.

Eyre Bus has Worst Customer Service
Driver (African American with glasses - he refused to tell his name) insulted the customer when asked if the ticket needed PAID stamped on it , by asking the customer to go back and sit down. When asked for his name, the driver asked the passenger to get out of the bus. When passenger refused to get down and went back to her seat, driver followed and asked the passenger many times to get out of the bus even thought the ticket was paid for. The online email to lodge the complaint was never answered. The 'manager' never returned many calls to lodge complaint. The person who finally answered said 'Driver had all the right to ask the passenger to get out!!!!' even though passenger never insulted the driver! The whole Eyre company culture is anti-customer!!

Eyre Bus-Awesome Trip, Great Service.
Thank you so much for all of your help coordinating our trip to New York this past Saturday. You were consistently helpful and patient with us, and your advice was spot-on.
We'd also like to extend our appreciation to Paul our driver. He had the patience of Job and was an unbelievable professional. He had a bus load of middle school children and their families and he was an unbelievable professional. I cannot believe how magnificently he mastered driving the highway and very busy streets of New York. The ride was very smooth. The kids even clapped and cheered for him after he managed to get us all on the bus in busy Times Square. He is a Rock Star, and has our deepest admiration and appreciation.
