2 months ago i decided to seek help for a painful leg condition. I chose Advanced Health Care Associates & it has proven to be a wise and satisfying choice. My treatment plan is working and is ahead of schedule. i cannot say enough about the staff. They excel in their fields, are very friendly, and are most generous with their time.You feel lioke family and your needs are important to them.I reccomend this clinic to all my friends

AFTER my first visit (on the way out), I was informed I needed to pay $100 despite having 2 insurances which covered my visit. I was told I would be refunded my money as soon as the insurance paid the claim. When I got my insurance statement, I saw that the insurance was charged almost $500 for one (short) visit! When I called to question the discrepancy, I was told the $100 I paid was merely a "down payment" of what was charged to the insurance. It has now been 2 months later and I am still waiting on my refund check. They "lost" the secondary insurance information, so it was never submitted until I called and complained again. This has taken multiple phone calls, time and effort to track the insurance claim and I'm still waiting on my refund. Thank goodness I only went one time! I would HIGHLY advise against this office due to their poor communication, poor billing and follow through. VERY DISSATISFIED!!
