When I moved into my new condo in Glendale, I discovered after delivering the appliances that the gas was off. I called to get the gas line turned on and they refused to send anyone sooner than a week after my call, despite my explanation that I had already moved in and had new appliances, a fridge full of food that would spoil, and just needed someone to turn on the gas line. They agreed it would only take up to 20 mins to accomplish, but still refused to come any sooner, asking me to wait at home for an eight hour window a wk later or four hours the day after that. I took the 4 hr window, and they didn't even show up. When I called they said they left a blue tag on the door explaining they couldn't get in (they did not), and refused to send anyone that same day giving me a 5 hr window from 7am - noon tomorrow. They also refused my request for a week credit to my account and implied I lied when I told them they did not inform me to leave the gate open. Who needs customer service when you have a city endorsed monopoly?
