        Overall

        I came into this dealer fully armed for a typical sales experience, but they dealt with me in a very straightforward way and were willing to match my terms without complaint or concern, and with a relaxed and cheerful demeanor. One star knocked off because I was recovering from hip surgery, and couldn't park in the handicapped spots because they'd parked unsold vehicles in all of them.

        Overall

        I just took my car there for the first time for an oil change since it's close to where I work. The service was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They have wifi in the waiting room so I was able to get work done while I waited.
