I used to love this place; but every since the owner has changed in 2010, it seems like they changed a lot.
Pho: It seems less meat, less noodle. Even the broth seems different.
Service: It used to be better service.

The owner is very nice, the food is very good (especially the pork vermicelli bowl) and the prices are reasonable. A terrific quick lunch spot.

My favorite pho restaurant in LA. The broth is very flavorful and savory. I particularly like the brisket with well-done flank. Service is good but it can be a bit rushed at times. Great place for a hot bowl of pho on a rainy day.

Good place for pho. I think it is the only pho restaurant on Brand. Don't expect friendly smiling waiters.

Their chicken pho and spring rolls are yummy. I also like their pork sandwiches. Good eats and reasonable prices!

The pho ga (chicken) and the shrimp spring rolls here are pretty good. I'm not really a good judge of good pho vs bad pho since I'm not a real pho fiend, but I thought this place was good so that has to say something, amirite?

Been eating pho consistently since 1997 in Westminster (Little Saigon), Long Beach and the San Gabriel Valley area and this place serves great tasting pho with decent proportions. I go here now regularly and the service is quick.

All Phos in LA taste the same, and this one taste slightly better. For better phos, try Little Saigon.

If you are looking for an inexpensive noodle place in LA, then Pho Hut is a good option. Despite being scolded that it is pronounced "fa" and not "fo", I have pretty good experiences here. It does get pretty crowded for lunch so go early or be prepared to wait. In addition, some of the meats can be a fatty which I'm told helps the taste, but doesn't help my heart so I now go with the chicken option.

It's the only pho place in the Glendale-Burbank area. However, you're paying upwards of $8 for a bowl, and the price goes up every time I go there. The portions have gotten noticeably smaller. Now you have to order the extra meat for $2 for the complete experience. I keep coming back because it beats the drive to Alhambra or Westminster.
The service varies greatly depending on your server. Try to get the older gentleman. He's a nice guy with a good personality. The young guys don't really seem to care, and they don't wash their hands after smoking.
It's more of a 3.5 stars, but I'll round up because it's a hole-in-the-wall.

I work a few blocks from Pho Hut, and I have to be honest that they serve one of the best Vietnamese soups that I have tried in this area.
You can't go wrong with any soup, whether chicken or beef or vegetable.
I have not yet tried the Vietnamese sandwich, but that is on my list for this weekend.

Pretty good place for lunch, rice noodles definitely is all they have. The price is just about right for lunch.

I work down the street from Pho Hut and I eat there at least once a week for lunch. They have a fantastic veggie Pho with veggie broth, which perfectly suits my recently adopted lifestyle. These guys have mastered the key to any sucessful restaurant that caters to a busy office-worker crowd: fast, fresh, and consistent (oh, and cheap!). They recently expanded and more than doubled their space. They expanded just in time as the typical M-F lunchtime wait for a seat was getting way too long for a 60min or less dash. The waiters (all guys??) are in after-burner mode every day for lunch as they race around trying to keep the customers happy.
If you like Pho with fresh ingredients, speedy service, and a lively lunchtime (and dinner) crowd, check it out.
