I cant even begin to explain what a horrible dog grooming place this is. Horrible customer service. They made my poor dog look like the ugliest thing ever. I told them to give her a trim and they shaved allll her hair off!!! As if that wasnt bad enough my poor dog had cuts in several places!!! This place is beyond ridiculous. Im not a picky person but believe me..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and money! I hardly ever right reviews but their so rude and bad at what they do that this one was well worth it.

I used to take my maltese dog several times a season until after a hair cut they butchered his ear and skin cut his eyelid and lied about it saying it's an old cut. They charged my sisters full price without telling her on the dog condition until she received it she found a 3 inches cut at the upper part of his ear also they charged for teeth brush but they didn't do it. I wish I was there when she received it I would call the police and documented. I had to take the dog to get medical attention which ended up paying over $200 for five staples and antibiotics.

They don't care about your pets! I took my dog there recently and they gave him a razor burn and he had cuts on his legs. When I called and reported this, the owner said my dog had a sensitive skin condition, something I never new about until he made it up. When i asked for a refund he straight out said "No!" He said, "You can call and report this to whoever you want but I am not giving you your money back $47. They take no responsibility! My dog was in so much pain he could not walk properly or use the bathroom. I strongly advise you not to take your pets there. I always wondered why this place was so empty and why they made me sign a waiver. When You ask, the lady says that its just a waiver to allow them to groom your pets. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE SIGNING! They have probably been sued so many times before that they now have to protect themselves. I wonder why?

i took my dog for grooming & after picking her up she was limping. I called them and wanted to talk to the owner, but this rude gentlemen who was the owner but pretending to be manager told me that i am a lier & called me names. If anyone have the same problem with this place please let me know.
