I have had good experience with this company. They transported my grandfather from Kaiser to our house in Van Nuys. I was also allowed to ride with them. The crew was on time and took good care of him. What i liked most about them was their van, which was a Mercedes! Very comfortable and smooth ride. Their prices were the same as other companies we used before, thats why I rate them at 4 stars. If they were cheaper than competition I would rate them at 5.

Cannot recommend this company. We were treated unprofessionally, no compassion, rude driver and assistant, and to top it off, they littered our driveway by throwing their used latex gloves on it. Contacted the owner to advise him of the terrible service we received. The owner tried to justify the service we recieved and his way of "making this right" was by offering a 50% discount on our next transport service! Why would I give this company more money to treat us badly? Any company who wanted to make things right would have immediately apologized and refunded the customer on the spot. In the medical transport field, you are caring for incapacitated patients. Professional, compassionate care is ALWAYS #1.
