Auto Perfection Group

I took my 750Li there after a hit and run accident. I looked at a few body shops near Glendale but I saw Auto Perfection I knew they would do a great job on my car. It took them about 1.5 week to finish my car but at the end the car was flawless. I had a minor dent on the passenger side from before and they took care of it for me without a problem. You can tell these guys really know what they are doing and I would never bother going anywhere else.

p.s. when I went to pick up my car, they had a couple of ferraris and a white lamborghini they were working on. If I owned one of these cars, I too would take it there.

On August 14, 2019, I was involved in an automobile accident. With great force, I was rear-ended and what I believed at the time, only the bumper on my 2005 Saturn VUE was a total loss. I had to find an auto repair shop quickly. Triple “A” suggested one of their contracted locations; however, they immediately proved themselves unprofessional, leaving me with no choice but to rely on my own resources to find a competent and professional auto repair shop. Thankfully, after a few calls I spoke with Alfred, one of two brothers who own and operate Auto Perfection Group, located at 556 Elk Ave., Glendale, CA. 91204. The Phone number is (818) 545- 0655. Alfred was so amazingly kind he really cared. He was professional; he wasn’t rude or condescending as some places tend to treat women. He protected me, he wanted my business and yet he still protected me, by telling me the truth. Both, brothers believe in treating their customers like family and they do. The next day I arrived at Auto Perfection Group, auto repair. I was immediately extended a very warm welcome by Vic; he was just as sweet, caring and professional, as his brother, and extremely patient. I didn’t feel the normal stressors of going to a new auto repair shop. I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw; the place was really clean and organized for a repair shop. I am Thankful for the convenient services, by Auto Perfection Group. I didn’t have to call them about my car once. I didn’t have to do anything, Vic and Alfred kept me updated every step of the way. I was lost and they knew it. They let me know what they were doing and kept me updated on my insurance company’s activity. Also, prior to assisting me, Vic explained all he could to me and offered should I have any further questions, all I needed to do was to ask. In a short period of time, I was made to feel very comfortable and I knew I had made the right decision choosing Auto Perfection Group to repair my car. FYI: there was much more extensive damage than just the bumper and yet the work on my car is absolutely beautiful…she looks brand new. There is no hint of an accident. They even cleaned the outside of my car. Once again, please. Allow me to express my heartfelt appreciation to Vic and Alfred two of the nicest and talented auto repair men in the business. You have my deepest appreciation and admiration. Thanks for treating me like family.

Happy please with the quick service they provided. They are very reliable. Had my Mitsubishi evo here to do an aftermarket install on my rear bumper and they did a fast and good service. No Micky mouse Job, they are really good!!! I will go back if I need any other body work:)
