Rose's Alterations

My fiance and I have both taken things here in the last few months and during measuring and fitting they are nice and seem to know what they are doing. When you pick your items up they are detroyed jeans cut inches to short, dress mutilated, things not finished and bad workmanship. The daughter is very apolagetic and nice and tries to fix things the mother is the rudest lady we have ever met. She denys here mistakes and asks for money to fix them. She cut three pairs of $200 plus jeans inches short and blamed me for growing or holding my pants down during the measurment. My fiance had here take the back strap off a dress and she cut the wholf front flap apart and asked for more money to fix it. Never ever take your stuff to Rose's.
