Neighbor regularly uses their service. Yesterday the driver parked the cab directly in front of my driveway. I waited for a moment, the cab driver didn't move. I pulled closer behind the cab. Nothing. I opened the garage door. Nothing. I honked the horn. Nothing. I got out and told her she needed to move. I wast told that I was rude and she would move when she was done. She did eventually move the cab - the one that she had parked illegally IN my driveway.
I contacted Discount Cab so that they would be aware and asked for some assurance that cab driver would not park illegally in front of driveway - you know, obey the law. Guess what? Nothing. No reply, no acknowledgement. I don't know if all the cab drivers and management are completely incompetent and rude, but I certainly will never use Discount Cab.

I was celebrating my bday with my friends and had a little too much. They called me a cab and gave him my address and told him to take me home. My friends called my husband to let him know I was on y way home. About 45 minutes later my husband calls that cab company because I was not home. Cathy a supervisor there was unhelpful and rude. I woke up in a city that was 30 minutes away in a hotel room compromised. I called discount back and told cathy what happened. She was not concerned at all about a driver assaulting me. I was shocked by her response. I will tell everyone never to use this company again.......sexual assault is not cool

Cab Dispatchers & Most Pathetic Cab Drivers in Phoenix. They have even took off without picking me up and sent their cab to the wrong address for over one hour and
deserve to have their license revolked. My HMO uses them and they are totally unreliable and made me miss a Doctor Appointment. I give them 5 Total Negative Stars. I will never use Discount Cabs Again. Avoid using them as their service is a mess and their dispatchers and some of their drivers are total incompetent fools.
Wow, I can't believed this happened... I got horrible service from a Discount cab driver so I left her no tip when I paid with my credit card. She handed me a reciept, I got out of the car and started to walk to my destination (I say walk, because she dropped me 200 yards away from where I told her to take me). She comes upto me about 150 yards later and says my card was declined and I now have to pay her cash. I didn't have any cash on me and I thought she was trying to hustle me for money because I left her no tip. So, I told her that no way was I going to pay her again when I have a reciept. OMFG, she called the cops on me and had me arrested making up this huge story about how I ran from her, even though the cops arrested me at my original destination!. So now I have an arrest for 'Theft of Services' on my record because I didn't leave her a tip on an 12 tab!
I had a appt today through Mercy Care health plan which provides rides at no cost to people who need assistance. I HAD AN APPT FOR MY NEWBORN BABY WHO IS ONLY 4 DAYS OLD SO IT WAS ME HER AND MY 6 YR OLD SON. I JUST HAD THE CSECTION SURGERY 4 DAYS AGO, AND THE CAB SHOWED AND THEY DO A COURTESY CALL SO I TOLD HIM ILL BE RIGHT OUT. I GOT MY BABY IN HER CARSEAT GOT MY SON AND WE PROCEEDED TO THE CAB..THE CAB DRIVER THEN LOADED THE STROLLER BUT AS WE GOT IN I LET HIM KNOW I JUST HAD A SURGERY SO SORRY IF I WAS A LITTLE SLOW. HE TURNED TO ME AND SAID I WAS LATE AND HE COULD HAVE LEFT ME. I SAID ACTUALLY YOU WERE LATE AND I CAN ONLY GO AS FAST AS I CAN DO TO THIS SURGERY. HE THEN DISCRIMINATED AGAINST PEOPLE NEEDING ASSISTANCE BY SAYING WELL WE LOOSE MONEY FROM YOU PEOPLE ANYWAYS AND YOU DONT TIP SO WE DONT HAVE TO WAIT FOR YOU. I COULD HAVE LEFT HE SAID. I SAID WELL HOWEVER MUCH YOU GET PAID IS NOT MY PROBLEM I M COVERED UNDER THIS INSURANCE WHICH PROVIDES RIDES THROUGH YOU AT NO COST. SO THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. I TOLD HIM I COULD SEE WHY NO ONE TIPS YOU..AND THAT I ALWAYS TIP THE FRIENDLY DRIVERS. HE BASICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR. AND TOLD ME TO SHUT MY MOUTH AND I THERES NOTHING ELSE TO SAY I TOLD HIM DONT EVER TELL ME TO SHUT UP IM THE CUSTOMER. HE THEN KEPT TELLING ME SHUT UP. I TOLD HIM IF HE WOULD SHUT HIS MOUTH THAT WOULD BE THE END OF IT. AS I GOT OUT OF CAB HE KEPT MAKING COMMENTS UNDER HIS BREATH AND THEN TOLD ME THAT I COULD CALL TRIPLE A CAB COMPANY NEXT TIME. AND I TOLD HIM SORRY THATS MY DECISION AND I LL CALL DISCOUNT CAB IF I WANT TO BUT JUST HOPE NEVER TO GET HIM AGAIN. AS I WAS WALKING AWAY HE CALLED ME A BI*** IN FRONT OF OTHERS WALKING OUT OF DR OFFICE AND A LADY CAME TO ME AND ASKED ME IF I WAS OK AND TOLD ME WHAT HE SAID AND TOLD ME WHAT A JERK HE WAS.
Called company from the store i had shopped and the car was on site ten minutes later. Driver was clean as his car and very friendly. Driver loaded my cart into the car and told me to have a seat in air conditioning while he finished the job. Driver also helped me get my stuff to my apartment and even rounded down the fare from the meter.
Have used them many times and will continue to do so.
Not great as far as being on time.
I had to wait more than 45 min. I was late for my appointment. I would not ride again unless I don't have a choice.

The rates are: $2.95 at the flag drop $1.80 per miler $ .40 per minute in wait time or traffic.
I called this company to take me to an important interview. I scheduled the pick appointment the day before my interview, but the cab was 25 minutes late, the cab reeked of cigarette smoke, making my new suit smell like smoke. To add to the frustration the driver did not know how to get to the UNIVERSITY I was interviewing at.
I called three area companies to schedule a pickup on short notice, and this was the only one who could accomidate me on short notice. The driver was 5 minutes early for the arrival time, and the cab was clean, and driver was friendly. I went to my destination, and it was a stress free experience. I'd recommend calling this company first.
