Cedar Creek

This place stay away! We moved in believing it was safe. I worked in a call center and my husband a truck driver. I came home from work with my 18 year old daughter to find him murdered in our apartment # 261. My husband, I nor even of our children have ever had a tickets. The police believe it was a home invasion as they know the people did not live there. We have not recieved compensation, apologies or explanation from the apartments. The office staff lies all the time, roaches are free renters and they make excuses that your apartment is dirty. This place is one of the worst places to live. First of all, it is a gated community; howver, many times the motorized gates have been left open, even over night. Second, there are also MAJOR bug issues. Our apartment was infested with roaces. For the first 3 months, we were regularly sprayed. However, the sprayings stopped. Even after multiple requests to management to have our apartment sprayed, it never happened. Third, the mainteniance staff are constantly changing and may not be qualified. One mainteniance worker nearly flooded our kitchen when he had to leave to get a part. Long story short, if you are interested in renting here, take my advice, rent somewhere else.
