The Doctors here have treat 3 of my dogs here over the years and each experience has been filled with compassion, professionalism, patience and great care! At the end of life the tenderness given to both me and my dogs was healing and gracious. I
Shotz, my Goldendoodle has no complaints about her care except that thermometer is really a pain in you know where. LOL
I have referred several people to the practice and as I business owner myself, I only refer those I have the utmost confidence in.
Needless to say, I will continue to use the services of Arrow Animal Hospital and I am excited that they will have a groomer in the new facility!!

The staff at Arrow is amazing. Whether you're calling to schedule an appointment, picking up dog food, or occupying one of their rooms with your million questions (I'm a very over protective dog parent), their patience and welcoming attitude
makes you feel comfortable and at ease. You leave feeling confident that your pet is in good hands.

Dr. TRESSA MACLENNAN killed a friend's dog. Botched a routine spay surgery and sent her home barely conscious.. assuring her she just "needed to come out of the anesthesia." She died that night from internal bleeding. This office has removed reviews from their fb page trying to cover this up. Please don't take your pets here. There have been MULTIPLE incidents. Them sendingo a dog home to die after being hit by a car because the surgeon "wasn't available."

I love this animal hospital. The staff is great and so friendly. The flexible hours work well with my work schedule. The option for payment plans ensures that I don't have to worry about a costly fee before leaving the clinic. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital to anyone in the area looking for an honest vet!

Arrow is the best. They do care and share concerns as well as give you treatment plan options. so you never feel forced to choose something you don't think is good. You can pay on a payment plan if needed. great place great care great staff

The office was old dirty and smelly. Came in they gave me a written price with a down payment so I borrowed the money to get xrays & then they wanted $43 more. The visit was a waste of time and money! Thank god I found Midwestern University Companion Animal Clinic who half the price & didn't have to sedate my dog to do xrays. Was able to get xrays for the money I had borrowed.

I went to Arrow Animal Hospital for the first time after My Dog Brandy was Attacked By a Pit Bull, I was so worried I would Loose Her, But The entire staff at Arrow Animal Hospital Assured Me That Everything was Going to Be OK. They were very Understanding and Handled everything in a Professional Manner and what gave Me a Sigh of Relief is That they accept Payments since I am on a Limited income It made me feel more at ease.

I have taken my dog to this clinic for 2 years We have always been treated with respect and compassipn some of us tend to treat our animals like our babies and the staff here understands that. They are also amazingly well informed on all forms of treatment for your pet I love all the staff and couldnt appreciTe them more

I went to Arrow Animal Hospital for the first time last night. My cat was in a lot of pain and we rushed him in wrapped in a towel. They put us in a room immediately. We didn't even have to sit in the lobby at all. The longest we were left alone was maybe 5 minutes. Everyone was so nice to my pet, to my kids (who were pretty upset) and to me. The staff there took their time to explain things to us and it was apparent that they all really care about animals. The prices were reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that bothers to ask me.
