US Paving Inc

I have to say I really can't believe this company is still doing business, if they treat all their customers as they have treated me. Last June I had my driveway torn out and made larger. They were done quickly and the work seem top notch. We did not park on it for months and took extra care to keep the cars off of it until about October. That's when we noticed some decent sized dimples. I tried contacting them about my concern for a couple of months, and only received a call back when I finally got nasty on the phone with the office person, who in my opinion does not seem to do or job or even want to work there. I finally get a call back from the supervisor and he says it fixable and they will take care of it when the seal coat in June. June comes and goes so I start calling about when we will seal coat, I get the run around for all of July. Called at least 7 times to schedule it and they always tell me they are not doing it. (mind you my contract says for warranty to be good they need to seal coat in a year). I can only assume this is how they get out of covering their work. So I get worked up and finally call last week and said they have one week to call me back and take care of this, you would think they would call you the next day, no such luck. I called today to ask for the cell number of the foreman and was refused (I had it at one time but can't find it now). I tell her this was the last straw and that I will post reviews wherever I can about how i have been treated. I also gave their number to 4 friends who got estimates, I mentioned that I would tell them to look elsewhere too. She seemed totally unconcerned. I guess they have enough work and don't care about losing potential business. All I can say I would not recommend them to my wost enemy at this point. I hate to do this they seemed like a nice reputable family business when they were there and working. However if you need something fixed and even seal coating to take care of your driveway after installation........GOOD LUCK.
