Dr. Jean M. Alberti is a great person and evaluate her patients closely. She takes great care in explaining the treatment plan, and advising in simple terms. She helped me immensely to gain self confidence, and recover from the previous dilemma. I am very pleased with the results after one session. Dr. Alberti is highly recommended to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Alberti for several years. She has counseled me with my husband, daughter and even most recently my parents. She does not just sit there and listen to you talk, she explains through charts, pulling out inserts of books and her highly intellectual knowledge of why exactly we think the way we do. She has taught me to change my thinking which changed my life. She has numerous degrees and also has a Bullying Center in Buffalo New York named after her. She is very passionate and has been very instrumental towards my recovery of anxiety, depression and traits of borderline personality disorder. You get the REAL DEAL when you go to her! Well worth my time. Happy I stumbled upon such a great mentor!

When Dr. Alberti writes her book I will be first in line to get one!! Not only does she know what she is talking about -- she knows what I am talking about!! She gets me. With her help, I am on my way to a solid, healthy relationship (which I avoided all my life and never knew why). If you need someone to talk to.... give her a call. She will get to the bottom of what is troubling you without you even knowing it!

Dr. Alberti has been my therapist for nearly 5 years and together we address and work on virtually every area of my life. In a holistic sense, she probably knows me better than anyone ever has -- including my parents, my husband, my friends, and my various bosses.



She started her career in the public school system and the teacher in Dr. Alberti is apparent as she helps patients with their mental health issues. She is friendly and understanding without being a pushover -- the latter being something I really need in a counselor. I want someone to stand up to me when I'm in creative avoidance or denial.



She's a disciplinarian without being stern, and you can tell her anything without feeling like you're being judged. It's pretty cool to have someone you can confide in whose only agenda is to help you make sense of the world and your role in it.



She's an exceptional mental health professional, and I'm quite fortunate to have made a connection with Dr. Jean Alberti.
