        Customer service

        I ordered and paid for extra bread with my sandwich (Which cost $9). They didn't give me the extra bread so I called when I got home. Their solution was for me to come back to panera and pick up the bread I already paid for. I just told them forget it. Irresponsible workers and management.

        I love this store!

        Family environment, superior customer service and quality furniture. Marilynn has helped us furnish our home, but all the staff is terrific. She is honest, sincere and knowledgable. I would highly suggest this store. The Glen Burnie location is the largest store.
