All Star Taxi

All around great service been using All Star for some time as I use them quite often to go to the airport as I travel quite frequently for my government job. They automatically know my address when I call and each and every time I have received my cab on time the cab are always clean I feel safe and the drivers are friendly. The owner himself occasionally picks me up and always emphasizes how important it is to him that his team of drivers give the best service and has always told me let him know if there is ever an issue. I highly recommend and will never use anyone else.

had another appointment set ride with All Star again today & as always, a real pleasure. really appreciate the call before cab arrives. helps me be sure to be ready. love these folks! (when I get too old to drive All State will be my chariot.)

Amazing service! The taxi driver drove from Glen Burnie to Towson, wonderfully through major Art Scape traffic. He was so polite and courteous throughout the entire experience. He carried all of my heavy bags into the house for me too! Thank you!

I've been using Ron's All Star service for just about a month now, on a 5 day a week basis. I am always picked up on time, arrive to work early and am very satisfied with the service i've received.

Most times I am picked up by CLIFF. He is a very respectful, personable, and likeable fella! He keeps his cab clean and he has awesome taste in music! It is a very short ride to work each day, but Cliff always starts my day out on a smooth note!!

Driver called ahead of time exactly when he was supposed to. Right on time to my pick up. Got me safely to the airport through the snow and a nice guy

I called All Star Taxi 20 days in advance to schedule a pickup for a ride to Dullas Airport. I spoke to Ron he was very professional and answered all my questions and was very helpful and promise that I would be picked up on time. When I got off the phone I received a text message with all my pick up information and then the day before my pickup I received a call from a nice young lady to confirm my pick up once again and just like she said the driver called 20 minutes before the pick up to let me know that he was on his way and the driver was very nice his car was kept very very clean inside and out I will definitely use in the future

The best Customer service for can company I have had.I called and spoke to Ron the night before for a rise to BWI Ron promised me that my can would be on time and if was 1 minute late that the driver would give me 30 Percent off the co1st. When I got off the phone I received a text conforming the address and time. My pick up was for 4:00 at 3:35 the driver Arnie called to again conform the address and to let me know was on his way.He arrived 5 minutes early and didn't mind waiting and helped me with my suitcase in the cold rain and the can was the cleanest I have seen. Thank you Ron and Ernie.Oh Ron even called and thanked me.

All Star is the only car service company I use. I need a ride daily to work in Baltimore City and I live in Anne Arundel County. Have used their services for nearly 5 years. What a great group of guys! I know I can depend on any one of them to get me where I need to go - on time . Ron believes in customer satisfaction and insists that all the drivers are courteous and helpful.

thank you all star taxi you're a lifesaver I know I called at the last minute but you still got me a driverafter my ride fell through to the airport they not only got me a cab very quickly but the driver was great help me load my luggage in a hurry and was able to get me around rush hour traffic by an alternate route and I arrived at the airport in timethe champ is also very clean thank you again all star I highly recommend

All Star is the best cab company I've ever used. Cabs are always on time and clean and drivers are always friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Because it's a small business, it seems All Star is more responsive to customer's needs than some of the larger companies. Ron has driven me on very long rides out of the county and very short ones around the corner - always putting the customer's needs first. Highly recommend!

I can't thank this company enough!! Thank you Ron! I personally being a former employee with AllStar know the commitment this company has for their customers. Especially Ron!! He took the time and patience to show me the ropes with everything. As always I will continue to be a loyal customer. Must say its disappointing to read the negative review some people have the ignorance to say about this person, which is obviously the wrong person. Hi this Ron the owner of All Star taxi. I have to address the reviews left on my company recently. Wendy B. left a review on 1/20/15 and I have to say the only thing that she said was true is that she called for a cab and I told her we no longer wanted her business and only after sending her cabs on several occasions and always with in 15 minutes and her always having drivers waiting for as long as 20 minutes and then for her to change the location to less then two blocks away then for her to complain about being charged $8 those drivers in some cases drove 15 minutes to get her and then waited another 20 minutes and then she complained about $8 my drivers work very hard to please not only the customers but me as well I have VERY HIGH STANDARDS DO NOT RIP OFF A CUSTOMER KEEP YOUR SELF AND CAB CLEAN AND NEVER BE RUDE AND ALWAYS BE ON TIME ALWAYS NO EXCUSES NEVER . JUST A NOTE I had been dealing with Wendy B. for over two weeks and decided enough is enough she was not a good customer.

This guy is a jerk(Ron) I called to go to the gym then wanted to eat first he was mad I wasn't going to the gym apparently you cannot change UR mind.. The next day after waiting almost a half hour for him to show I had to cancel Bc something came up he cussed me saying I had "lied" to him about where I was going the day b4 and for me to call yellow cab for now on .. After I posted a review on yelp he blew up my phone than he called me from his private or Google # I answered heard his voice than hung up he text me right after that I had won a prize that he wanted to personally give to me himself( I guess he was going to hit me for writing the review) than after I responded for him to stop harassing me he texted me back saying I wish I was the girl in my pictures (except he used the b word instead of girl) and that im lucky he doesn't punch me in the face. I turned in his text messages to the police and filed harassment charges and contacted the better business bureau this guy does not need to own a business

Our car overheated on 97north at night, in the cold. While waiting for AAA I called a taxi. Ron answered and immediately sent his driver Scott to pick us up off the highway shoulder in 20 minutes. He drove us to our destination in Baltimore to see a show at the Lyric. He said to call Ron when the show was over and he would take us home.... Over the Bay bridge. First thought was "great- how much is that fare going to cost?" Ron picked us up personally, drove us 38 miles home and gave us a very fair deal on the rate. Both guys were pros and very reliable! We would definitely use them again!
