B G's Car Wash

NEVER & I mean NEVER give this car wash your money. My grandmother took her 2013 Black Chrysler 300 here today & they wrecked her car. They must have driven it up against something because over top the front passenger wheel there is a deep, atleast 15in scratch & then over the back passenger tire is a massive area of scratches like they hit a wall while moving forward into the wash bay & they hit so hard the back fender is popped off about half an inch. The back fender will have to be replaced & God only knows what will be done for the scratch on the front. The problem is, the guy who drove the vehicle noticed the damage, told another worker, a girl...& they said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to my grandmother & she didn't notice it until she came home and it was too late to drive back. How UNETHICAL, IRRESPONSIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL. The sad part is we have always come to this car wash & never had any issues until now. The people who knew of the damage DO NOT DESERVE to keep their jobs.
