I have been extremely pleased using Phase 2 Services. Last summer my air conditioning unit had a problem, and it was fixed quickly, with the cost being very reasonable. This past winter my heating unit required service, and again, it was fixed quickly, and the cost very reasonable. The service man was very professional, and explained the problem in detail. His work was neat, and of a high quality. I have recommended Phase 2 Services to all my family and friends.
Phase 2 has done many plumbing, heating and conditioning services for our residental home and all the work, clean up and time of service was the best we have had. We would recommend Phase 2 to friends and family. Thank you for your outstanding service.
Phase 2 Services remodeled our kitchen and dining room from start to finish. From the demo work to the final nail, their workmanship was excellent. The presentation and estimate of the proposed work was clear, concise, reasonable and fair. Attributes that I look for in a company are promptness in returning calls, follow-up on estimates and paperwork, getting the job done when promised, and most of all "pride in their workmanship". They exceeded all my expectations! Upon completion, the "punch list" was minimal and was completed within a short amount of time. They cleaned up the workspace thoroughly at the end of each day.
In addition to the remodel, I have used their services to replace a furnace and for some minor plumbing. Again, no issues or problems what-so-ever.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone that requires competent plumbing and/or remodeling work to be done.

He does good work, if you can get him to finish a job. I have been waiting 3 months for him to finish my job. Word to the wise NEVER PAY HIM UNTIL HE FINISHES. He stops answernig his phone and will never be availale for you. To recommend a plumber I say use a reputable company like Gottier or Aiello.

We sincerely apologize if this was the service you received. We make a tremendous effort to promptly return ALL phone calls and provide superior customer service. We are not aware of ANY project that took 3 months to finish due to delays on our part. Our payment schedule is consistent with industry standards and is clearly noted on all contracts (with final payments reserved until completion to protect both the customer and Phase 2 Services). We do not allow customers to make final payments until the work is complete so your comment about payment doesn't make any sense. Due to the severity of this review, I can't help but wonder if this was a customer or a competitor actually writing this review. We are truly committed to providing exceptionally professional and reliable service ... start to finish.
