We serve troubled adolescents from all areas of Portland and Vancouver. We've been successful with cases that are considered difficult to treat, and it's our goal to help all kids have meaningful, satisfying lives. We know that no two teens are alike, so our trained admission coordinators work to find an appropriate course of action for each individual. We take a total approach to treatment by combining group and individual therapy with consistent structure.         Overall

        I would highly recommend NWB. We had a daughter that was in for 34 days this winter, via forced transport. The counselors are wonderful. She was eventually diagnosed with depression and anxiety and was making unhealthy choices, damaging relationships, running away from home and not coping in healthy ways, including drugs and alcohol. As parents, we tormented ourselves about the transport but they were also wonderful and professional. After the 3 day "no contact" period, our daughter called and said "Thank you for putting me here". She needed help! Don't hesitate in trusting NWB with your child. I honestly believed we made the right decision and they helped save her life from destruction.
