        Overall

        I am not saying you don't have to rent from Hertz, however, think very carefully before renting from Hertz on Railroad St. in Gilroy, CA. I would rent a donkey before I did business with these people again, especially, Grant who is on of the most rudest people I think I have ever had to deal with. I rate this establishment MINUS 10 stars.....even though I had to give it a one star to submit.
