I needed to call and discuss my bill, when I was transferred a girl named Crystal answered the phone. She was incredibly rude from the start. When I asked a question she said on a snooty tone an a sigh "well, like I said....". We've been customers for 5 years and this is the first person I've talked to that has been rude. I'd say, sticky your old staff, she clearly doesn't know what customer service sounds like.
