San Clemente Apartments

UNSAFE LIVING!!! There is mold under my sink that was merely painted over. I smell it & get headaches frequently. Management will not remove the mold. I witness a man throw a rock through his girlfriends car window, pull her out & beat her up in the parking lot. A security guard advised me to get into my apartment & lock the doors because there was a man wanted by the police, with a gun looking for a vehicle to escape with last seen at San Clemente Apartments. The cops surrounded an apartment because a man locked himself in his apartment & was threatening to shoot his girlfriend and himself (I was told by my neighbor). I have brought all of these issues to the manager's (Stephanie) attention. I begged her to let me change my lease to a 6 month. She REFUSES to help me!!! My children and I fear for our lives here.
