Five Star Pools and Landscaping

KC designed a beautiful pool and landscape for my real estate client. He had a sunken fire pit, rock slide, Vegas style pool lighting, and so much personalized for this buyer. He gives you animated photos and has such creativity. Two years later my client is so happy he came across KC who saved him about half of the other bids. Pool companies can be outrageous in their pricing!

I guess there always has to be one crazy out there (below review) I have referred KC a number of times after he did such great work on my pool. He's got such cool designs, which he'll do 3D for you, he gives the client the benefit of the doubt and has AMAZING pricing. With KC it was like good news spreads fast. I don't know anyone that has had anything less than exceptional all around. I would say don't make a decision without talking to KC first. He did part ways with his past work partner so he has his own company now, U Build It Pools & Landscape.

These people are the worst pool company that I have ever dealt with. 4 months after finishing my pool I still can't swim in it because of the huge streaks of dirt that never gets cleaned off the bottom due to the in floor heads being put too far apart. They initially ran the drains thru the skimmers (against the instructions on the plans) and finally had to jackhammer the back of the pool to reroute the drain so it would have suction. Still don't have plans that match my pool because they built it without them. KC Nelson had his license revoked from another pool company had I known that I never would have used them. I have been in touch with the "Qualifying Partner" Tom Baird who also just gives me lip service and nothing ever gets completed. I have cracked tiles in the decking around the pool due to poor installation, I have rebar still sticking up around the pool which is a safety hazard and I have repeatedly asked them to cut it off, I have tiles that were never put back after jackhammering the back of the pool due to the drain issue. These guys have done the shoddiest work I have ever seen. Noticed today that KC is now setting up a new company under U build it pools! You have to be kidding me! I feel it's just a shell game with them. Going from one company to another. Found out today their license is suspended because they don't have a surety bond. I would have given them zero stars but they don't have that option on yelp. Totally dissatisfied customer would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
