        Yesterday, I was contacted by a supervisor from the customer service department of American Furniture Warehouse. I have been dealing with these people for about two months now. This is my second couch that has fallen apart in a year. I assume to settle this issue, the supervisor from the customer service department in Gilbert made an offer and I accepted. She offered to have me pick from a selection of couches, and replace my sofa and waive delivery fees to and from my house and any other fees. She even cancelled my work order, proving that we had reached agreement. When I went to pick my couch, they didn't follow through. Now they have broken there word and contract (verbal) still binding. At one point, an employee, young guy, approached me aggressively like he is a cop or something. I was frightened, upset, and afraid for my safety. I didn't feel anymore secure after talking to the manager. I can't believe it is there policy to try to get physical with customers.
