A good car wash and I never had a problem, the car always came out clean. After the rain it takes a while to get in with the line going out onto the street.

I initially gave this business only one star, due to a very poor quality detail (see original review below); however, the owner and manager were very responsive when I sent photos of the mess left behind, and within two days they picked up my car and took it back to the shop to make everything right. They did exhibit excellent customer service and fix the problem.

I purchased the top end detail package, which already cost $300 after tax, but then when I dropped off my car, they tried to sell me over $100 more in extras (true leather protectant, paint sealer, scotch guard) that I apparently needed for them to do the best job.



As for the quality, my 8-year old likely could have done a better job. There were ArmorAll spray patterns (not wiped down) throughout the car. They didn't even vacuum under my bench seats, much less shampoo. They left wax spots all over the exterior and didn't bother to thoroughly clean the running boards. I am very disappointed - particularly after the hour I spent trying to clean up the mess caused by my detail.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! If my friends wanted to take a car there to get it detailed, I would instead offer to do the detailing myself, to save them the headache / hassel / incredible frustration. The customer service, esp. by the manager Scott, is abysmal. In fact, McDonald's drive through gives better customer service. AVOID!!!
