One star rating is because the six month waiting period to see a therapist is ridiculous. They overbook. People with severe memory issues (or brain injuries) are left to fend for themselves, because of the six month wait. It is highly dangerous for those with mental illness, and seeking legitimate help, to be left suffering for so long... alone.
