Bringing his valuable and professional experience as an attorney handling both civil and criminal cases since 1995, Attorney Hollinger joined the firm of Gates & Gates, P.C. in 2005. Attorney Hollinger is a graduate of the Harrisburg Academy and graduated with honors in 1991 from Temple University with a degree in Criminal Justice and Philosophy. He earned his law degree in 1995 from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg. While in law school, he worked in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in both the Bureau of Consumer Protection and the Criminal Appeals and Legal Services Divisions.

Attorney Robinson graduated in 1986 from the University of Baltimore School of Law. His focus of practice includes Business law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Real Estate & Estate Law.

Formerly Gates & Mooney, in 1997 the partners, Samuel K. Gates & John J. Mooney, III ended their association and Gates & Gates was formed. Initially, Gates & Gates was a partnership between father and son, Samuel K. Gates and Samuel A. Gates. In 2001, Samuel K. Gates retired and in 2010 his granddaughter, Rachel L. Gates joined the firm. Presently, father and daughter, Samuel A. Gates and Rachel L. Gates practice along with Attorneys Gregory Hollinger and Kevin Robinson. The firm of Gates & Gates, P.C. is a general practice firm handling a wide variety of legal matters, including all aspects of family law, criminal law, estate planning and administration, real estate, civil litigations, and contracts. Gates & Gates is a small firm by choice, limiting our practice to Adams and York Counties.
