Germantown Animal Hospital

This is one of the best pet care facilities I have ever been to. Dr Abernathy,who always takes care of my two dogs, simply is the Best. My wife and I have come to Germantown Animal Hospital for 32 years now, and never anything less then spectacular care for my pets. Dr Abernathy always goes “the extra mile” to provide the best care possible. On occasion I have used other Vets when Dr Abernathy was not available, and still the same high level of care for my pets and outstanding service!

Dr. Taylor Abernathy has been extremely knowlegeable, caring and compassionate the entire 16 years that he has cared for my dogs. He is always on target with diagnoses and treatments and explains all options in depth. He is also a noted ultrasound specialist. On several occasions, Dr. Abernathy took care of my pups after hours during tenuous times. Dr. Abernathy is so helpful! He answers all my questions in terms I can understand and doesn't make me feel like I'm asking something stupid.

I have had 4 dogs that have all gone to Memphis Animal Hospital (Dr. Hendricks is the vet I personally use). The care and devotion that they give to the animals and owners is above and beyond the normal call of duty. Instead of a normal place for animals they treat each one special and the staff knows you and your pet by name upon your arrival.



I wouldn't dream of taking my preious boys (a poodle and a mutt) anywhere else for treatment. They are the best.
