My wife and I recently took our 2003 Nissan to your Germantown dealership for repairs. Al James handles our case and efforts to seek reimbursement from our aftermarket warranty. He did a very impressive job and true to his promises kept our own charges reasonable. Since I am retired this was most welcome. We have to say he did a wonderful job on our behalf and when my wife returned with the car she repeatedly said Mr. James was totally professional, polite and very kind. In other word, the perfect employee! Thanks for the fantastic job on our car we have been a client of Criswell for well over a decade and will continue to be one in the future.

Honest!
Purchasing a new vehicle was my fear especially dealerships! I consider myself an honest person and I would expect the same with others … unfortunately most dealerships are liars however Criswell Nissan changed my perspective on dealerships. When arriving at Criswell Honda, I was very worried that my credit history will create a problem and prevent me from getting the car I’ve been wanting. Thank goodness for Johnna Nagiecki and her strong background in the financing business, she was able to obtain the credit I deserve and I was able to purchase the pre-owned 2007 Cadillac on the same day!

Amazing Fun and Knowledgeable!!!
It’s amazing how a dealership can be so much fun and knowledgeable at the same time! They also helped me get a 2010 Nissan Maxima Coupe! I never thought I would be driving my banging car! Once I walked in I knew and I felt the vibe of this place. Great people and most importantly trusting! The price of the car was reasonable and affordable! Now where else could I have gotten that??? excellent used nissan maxima
My son and I recently visited Criswell Nissan in Germantown to look for a used car for him who is attending college out of state. This was a very important purchase for us because I would feel more comfortable if he had a car he could rely on since he was going to be somewhat far from home. A good, reliable used car is hard to find these days, especially one that is eligible for an extended warranty to cover any future repairs he may have. We were very impressed with the knowledge of this sales associate and the length of time he spent with us prior to the sale of his car. We were given the opportunity to drive several models and finally settled on a 2006 Nissan Maxima. My son loves his new car so much! Thanks Criswell!!!

I had a super buying experience with Criswell Nissan. Everything was perfect from when I put in the request over the internet to when I drove my new Nissan Altima off the lot. I have to mention that I went with the one with all the bells and whistles, leather seats, V6 engine, and power everything!!! They were very considerate and helped me at every turn. They showed me everything I never knew about Nissans and gave me an incredible deal. I would highly recommend them as a dealership to all my friends. My best friend told me to go there and he was totally right. He's never had a problem with the service department or anything there, and has almost 150K miles on his Nissan... Thank you Criswell Nissan and I'll be back for my next car.
