Mac Haik Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

i was charged 299.00 for accessories when i bought my car and i have tried calling and emailing for an explanation since i didnt buy anything extra with my purchase...not even gap insurance,.....i have been ignored for too long ......h, garcia

The sales guy was somewhat clueless, he told me options about the jeep that were not true, also he did not seem to remember what I had negotiated when I asked him he seemed puzzled and tried to charge me for them when they were already negotiated into the deal. Also, when I got home I was looking at their website and the same jeep that I bought was listed $200 less... Really! They indicated that the price I got was the best they could do... In the end I guess I should not have expected more as this was after all a car dealership.

I was browsing the internet for a dependable car. I am new to TX and needed a car for commute to Austin from Temple. I saw the car i wanted online, applied for it without going and looking at it or test driving it, risky right. I have to say i didn't think i would be approved with the terms i was asking but low and behold i was, super excited right. So i go the next day to sign the papers and still did not test drive the car at all, i did look at it right before signing the papers. I have to say Chris Hernandez was my sales person in the used car part and i could not have been more pleased. He communicated with me thru email due to my work schedule and did not disappoint me at all in the complication of the vehicle knowing i was in a rush and was buying it blindly. He was honest about the condition, which was nothing really wrong with the car. When i meet him the next day i was amazed with him and the staff, they did not seem like they typical car dealership staffing at all. The experience was the most pleasant experience i have had with a dealership. I since have learn there is a Mac Haik here in Temple, lol. Due to the experience and kindness and professionalism from the Georgetown location i will travel from Temple to Georgetown for all my maintenance and when im ready to trade in i will be going back!! I mention Chris in sales but lets not forget the finance dept., so amazingly sweet and made the process pain free as possible! Kudos to Mac Haik, you have won me over as a satisfied and a repeat customer for life, keep up the hard work you do everyday to make car buying a wonderful experience. You have raised the bar for the competition to strive for.

Don’t waste your time, just stay away.

I had been looking around for a 2012 challenger for a while and had found one in the paper at Mac Haik. When I got there it was no longer there(I know dealers only have one listed in the paper at the sales price and when its gone its gone. No big deal I get). So I was talking to the sales person about what I was wanting and at what price I need to be at. He told me that there was nothing on the lot that they could do at that price (still not big deal). I gave him my info and told him to call me if something came along. So about a week later I get a call that they have a car in at my price, unfortunately I was not able to come in due to being out of town. 2 weeks after that I get another call that they still have the car at my price and his sales manager is looking to move some cars this weekend (normal car salesmen speech). So I call and set up a time to come in. so I get there take and take the car out, get in it and the seatbelt doesn’t work nor does the entry button (stuff they can fix but still). After that we sat down to start the paper work, he hands me a piece of paper with the price and its over $4000 more than what we had agreed on (the only reason I had come in) also higher than the price listed online. I tell him that is not the price we talked about; he says “oh what price did I tell you again”. Goes and comes back with his sales manager, to tell me that there is no way that they can do that, so if I wanted the car I would have to pay more. Save yourself some time and don’t go to Mac Haik.

I came to Mac Haik to test drive a new dodge 2500, when I sat down with Shannon It was like talking to an old friend he is very knoledgable about the products and walked me through everything with ease. I was able to get out of a 5 yr old truck with over 100k miles and into a brand spankin new dodge with a cheaper payment. I will always come back to Mac Haik B/C of Shannon
