I have never been so dissatisfied with customer service from a business as I was with this business today. I drove eight hours to look at an RV was hurried through the RV sent to the office to have my ID copied to do a test drive went outside to wait was told there was somebody else looking at the RV and we would have to wait to take our test drive. Then the manager came out and told us
They would not be allowing us to do a test drive because the other couple that was then inside the RV had made an offer. Really?!! I was there first I haven’t had a chance to make an offer or a test drive?! Horrible horrible customer service from the sales woman to the manager. I am very glad that I did not end up buying this RV from them because this is their customer service… No thank you!

We apologize that this happened to you. You and your husband were late for your appointment (you did telephone). You were given exclusive viewing of the motorhome for 45 minutes before you were ready to do a test drive. While getting your ID's ready for the test drive another customer arrived and went in the motorhome. They immediately signed a purchase order and left a deposit to purchase the motorhome at full asking price. I know this doesn't seem fair, but it is business. We know you traveled a long distance but we did not foresee someone coming in and signing a purchase order at that particular time.
I have used Country Tyme RV for years and I Highly recommend them. Always honest and dependable and give quality service at a reasonable price. Most recently, my power converter failed on July 3, the day before a holiday weekend. I planned to leave early the next morning. I called Jason at Country Tyme and asked for help. Although very busy, he immediately installed a new one for me and better yet he did it at no charge!

A very difficult decision to sell our RV and give up our passion resulted in going to Country Tyme and asking them to sell our RV. The personnel were very helpful in checking our RV and helping us get it ready for the market. The time came when it sold. This was handled in a very cheerful and efficient manner. Thank you Country Tyme for helping us end a beautiful & memorable journey in our life.
