Georgetown Family Physicians, LLC

Been long time patient and will probably be looking for another dr to go to. No one there seems to want to answer the phone or return message must less try and get an appointment. Thank goodness for the little clinic at Kroger

Been going there for 15 years and I think they are a nice office with awesome doctors. Sometimes I've had issues with the phone being answered, but not to the degree that I think it's a problem there.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I have called multiple days at different times of the day and no luck. I left a message that was never returned. When I did speak with someone they said they would take care of my issue and call me back. Never took care of my issue and never called me back. If you are looking for a Family Physician in Georgetown I would stay away from this place. I will be making an appointment somewhere else and having my medical records transferred.
