Absolutely the worst place you could choose to go to get anything! They gave me 3 different a/c compressors before they gave me the correct one for my 2003 ford expedition and then they pulled a fuel pump for my fiancé when she asked the price of one and then proceeded to tell her she had to buy it! Her not knowing any better paid for it and it turned out to be the wrong one also!! She threw away the receipt bc it was covered in oil and they said we could not exchange the part but if I brought in my bank statement with the purchase on it they would be able to do something but then proceeded to inform me all in the same sentence that they still wouldn't be able to help me with out the receipt! The people who work there are thee dumbest people with the least amount of automotive knowledge that I've ever met or spoke to in my life! Go to FITZGERALDS if you go to any salvage place in sussex county delaware! They actually know what they are doing!!! DONOVANS SALVAGE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!

Donovan Salvage is a very friendly place, with friendly and fun people. I bought a car from them this year, and i thou i am still paying on it, and i had some issues with it, they were willing to work with me and help me fix it. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

First of all they are great bunch of people that will go out of their way to help their customers out. Second the people that posted negativity about this business probly did not tell the whole story. I bought 2 vehicles from them in the past 3 years and only had to spend minor amount of money on both. They are used not new and need to understand that when buying use vehicles. Plan on buying another vehicle from them soon. Plus I have purchased parts from them in the past and had no problem with exchanged when wrong part or not good with my receipt which was only once. Most every part I got was the what i needed to begin with. Out of my way since I live in Maryland but will keep doing business with them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

Worst place I have ever been to. Horrible service. Horrible parts. Horrible people there. Not helpful at all. And advice was wrong. Completely wrong. Bought a sunroof for my car, the glass needed was compatible from years 02-07... WRONG. Then when I went back a day later to get the right glass. HE WOULDNT LET ME GET THE RIGHT ONE. The bald smhuck at the front desk wanted me to pay for another one. Can you believe that. WILL NEVER SUGGEST THE PLACE TO ANYONE. DO NOT GO THERE.

Horrible robbing people of their $ that's due. Was given tin prices supposedly 10 cents a lb for aluminum but was only given 4$ for 200lbs from a cut up trampoline frame and futon not tin crap don't waste your time they're crooks!!!

This company treats it's employees and customers like crap. Negative attitude from snotty women at the counter. Stopped using this company because my money is better spent somewhere else.

If you can afford the cost of repairs and do not mind spending out of pocket expense then it is fine with no warranty for their vehicles? If you are in dire need of a good quality vehicle use caution with them...it is not worth it.
