more interested in you as a person than taking care of your dog....a lot of confusion here...my mother became my wife according to them as we combined errands on saturdays...it never was a problem when I was working nights, after I got promoted I could only get in on Saturdays...My mother loved the dogs just as much as I but I was no longer involved according to valley animal hospital...I inquired about X-rays 2 times and was told my dog was healthy, funny because THAT dogs shots were scheduled at MY BONUS time which normally was between 2-3,000.00 dollars...I woulda had no problem doing it...my dogs papers are very jumpy, and its all about us as owners, the seem to act like a phsychiatrist nd not the VETS I hired.my dog passed at 7 and is some of my fault as I shoulda woulda coulda got a second opinion....but like a auto mechanic my trust was in them....I now have a new vet and my remaining 2 are being treated correctly...I don't get interviewed when I go, and my bank card is not ripped from my hands....my dogs papers should not state what railway im going to work for OR my finances (which are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS)!!! im a environmentalist and a Shareowner, one of my accounts is from 1956 and from my grandpa my dividend is worth more than my paycheck....my mother is in financial hurt...they really confused the living HE*& out of us and it costed my dogs life....GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!
