A Yuppy Puppy

Glenn has been grooming my dogs for at least 15 years. He always does an excellent job. Glenn is so patient and loving with my animals.

Terrible. I called and was told they would work my dog in. I drove all the way there just be turned around. They claimed to be too busy once I got there. I was told to bring her any day during that following week. So I did. They hassled me about not having an appointment even after they had said bring her in any day. So I picked my dog up and brought her home,and once I got home, I noticed she had been cut on her ear. They did not tell me they had cut her. Now I have also noticed she is cut on her other ear as well. Will not be returning here.

Took my puppy there today, Lucas and Glen are awesome! My baby looked great when I picked them up and they were so nice, treated him like their own baby. Def will take him back, and I will be calling them to babysit when I go on vacation also.

I took my Black Lab to this kennel to board and the experience was a very good one! Most time when my pet came home from an over-night stay at other local kennels, he had nausea and war-wounds. This time I am pleased to say that he was tail-wagging happy and smelled like blueberries! Love this place.

I have two pet rats and me and my mom were not very good at trimming their nails. We looked in the phone book for a groomer who did small animals, specifically rats. We called up A Yuppy Puppy and they said they could do their nails. I took my rats there and after they were done, their nails looked great. Now their nails don't scratch my skin. They do a really good job! Me and my mom were very satisfied.

I have to say how happy I am to find a place that combines service with a smile, with gentle handling, and the best grooming i've ever seen on my dogs, and i've had poodles and shih-tzus for almost 20 years. The dogs are SO clean and the fluff out they do lasts for weeks! They handmake the bows and my dogs are always so gorgeous when they leave. They take time to answer my questions, and I can feel at ease knowing my babies are in good hands. Believe me, there IS a difference in grooming!
