Replaced my AC & heating unit, put in smart thermostats for free as part of the special they were running and now my energy bill is literally half of what it used to be every month!! It is also much more comfortable now in my home and cools so much quicker.
I saw how good GSM Services reviews were, so I decided to give them a try with my air conditioner went out this summer. I am so glad that I did this because they were so honest, professional, and fixed my air the same day! I would definitely recommend GSM Services to anyone!
Worst service ever!
The tech came today on time. Upon doing the outside service, . he said our capacitor needed replaced. Okay. What's not okay is that it read correctly per 6 websites and did not need replacing. He did not know what a relay switch was. Told me a/c units don't have them. Ummmm yes they do and yes we do have one. He offered to put the old one back .my husband wanted to let him finish the job. I wanted him gone. Husband won and he then cut off our outside drain so close to wall we spent the day fixing it ourselves because we didn't want him to screw something else up. Three hours later, two trips to Lowes, we now have our drain fixed (no clog found), 250 dollars less in our pocket for the 150 capacitor, we finally called it a day. We will be canceling our preventative service contract Monday. What a scam.
