I spent considerable time researching my next vehicle purchase. Most of my information gathering was done online as I am not very fond of dealerships. After a lot of research I decided on the 2011 Sorento. I decided to visit the nearest KIA dealer to my home - KIA of Gastonia. My intention was to test drive, do more research and possibly purchase in a day or two. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly salesperson who turned out to be very knowledgeable. My sales person knew the vehicle inside and out and answered every question. These guys did not pressure me and let the whole process flow naturally. The sales manager asked if I would be interested in a great deal and he delivered! In less than two hours I drove away in a new KIA. This was my 12th new car purchase and by far the best experience of them all!!!!!

Tindol Subaru was great! I just purchased my second Subaru through them (2015 Outback limited with eyesight). Chris Townsend was my salesperson and he was above par for sure. THe big thing was what they all did for me as a customer. I had someone hit me in my 2914 Outback limited and totaled the car,. The team at Tindol (everyone from Subaru Sales and Management to the body shop) bent over backwards to help me get through a very hard time and get my new car ordered and received, I just can't say what a great experience I have had with Tindol Subaru. I have my way I will be directing my wife to Chris to get a new CrossTrek when it comes her time for a new vehicle! * By the way... the yp needs to update their information. It lists Dodge and Honda as "Brands" under Business Details???
I worked with this dealership over the web to get a price quote on the vehicle I wanted to buy. They were very professional, provided the pricing (others kept saying for me to call them, come into their dealerships, etc and would not give me pricing over the internet) i asked for and worked with me from start to finish to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Only negative was t took nearly 8 full hours to get the deal completed and the vehicle delivered (they didn't have it on the lot - had to go to another dealership and get it). Still, I will return there for my next Nissan vehicle.
