I've been a customer since sometime in the last century. They are not perfect, but they are the only good dealer we have in Wake county for Yamaha and Honda. They sell Kawasaki and Suzuki at the Smithfield location and they will order parts for them at Garner as a small service to YOU. I have had good service from them on repairs, and parts. The guys that sell bikes are excellent, and they have a great selection of used bikes, better than anywhere else in Wake county. They have free food on some Saturdays, and the best part--two very cute girls usually there on Saturday!

I went to TPS in Garner and had a lot of questions about the differences in bikes as I would be buying a bike soon. There was a big demo event going on, and LOTS of people were there. Lee found us and answered all my rookie questions with confidence and without making me feel ""stupid"". I had been researching different bikes on Craig's list, and found several bikes that were just like the ones i had seen. Lee showed me a newer bike, with far less miles on it and was able to keep the deal in the price range I was willing to pay. The whole staff was courteous and helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout the whole process. We have had service done there on another bike without any problem. We look forward to being part of the TPS family for years to come! happy Ridin!

I was interested in several bikes listed on their website. Visited in person only to find those bikes had sold and all their inventory was more expensive than the ads.\r \r When I asked about prices, I found out their advertised prices (already higher than Kelly Blue Book) don't include a mandatory ""dealer service"" fee among other miscellaneous added-on fees. Basically add another 12% to their already high dealer prices before you ride off!\r \r Not a reputable dealer.
The multiple obvious posts by the managers at this store giving them 5 stars really GRINDS MY GEARS. people should know that these guys are not here to help you, but here to help themselves to your wallet. I was charged 2.5 hrs labor when i sat there for 1 hour including the test drive and the job was complete.

Always seem to do whatever it takes to get it right. Always easy to deal with.
I’m new to the world of motorcycles. As a result I’ve been lurking in a few stores. No question that Powersports has provided the most chit-chat and help. I spoke with a guy in service for nearly 30-minutes about learning to ride. As I wander around the staff will ask if I need help but they don’t stalk me. I’ve been in some other bike places and (evidently) because I’m not a recognizable part of their club, you’d think I was invisible. Bought a sweet (obnoxious yellow) helmet at Powersports a week ago.

bought a bike from them last week and you couldn't ask for better customer service. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal
Absolutely horrible. I paid more and ordered my parts online with them b/c they were somewhat local and delivery might take less time. It had been over a week and I never received an email w/ a tracking number so I sent an email in requesting it. They said that they had to order the parts from Kawasaki (never told me) and that they will get them in today and I'll receive them tomorrow. I never got them. I called the next week and they lied, said that they sent me an email over the weekend (never got one) that they cancelled my order b/c they couldn't get the parts. When I asked for the details on the email, like datestamp, etc., they wouldn't tell me and said that I should just check my email again.
Stay away from this company. Unfortunately, I looked up all these reviews after the fact and now I know why they AVERAGE 2 STARS on multiple review websites.
I dont know how team powersports stays in bussiness, both dealers in garner and smithfield dont have any concept of customer service, and they dont do any deals except for (josh) in smithfield and in garner i forgot the name of the guy, when at the garner store you can be waiting 20 mins or longer before anyone speaks to you. Ypu could be looking or need help or wld like a purchase and not one person will come ask you if you need any help. Then when you ask for help they tell you to wait or as if you are braking a leg. Then there are some serious adtituded then the prices wow, i don't know what is cheaper bmw parts or get parts from team powersports (that is how expensive this place is) My advice is to look and search else were before u come to this 2 dealers. then i bought the maintanance package i am allowed one tow in 3 years to get free towing, and not one dealer had a tow truck??? one dealer did have the towing available, the other one the manager so post to contact me never did until real late so if get in trouble on the road dont expect help from your maintanance packge, or rebursment, bottom line, customer service sucks, no deals, no offers, rude people, the owner need to do something about it

I have been dealing with Team Powersports for years and have yet to run into an issue. Always smiling people and eager to help. I drive an hour every time I need/want something just because the customer service I recieve. Sales, service, and parts are always very knowledgable and dont try to sale you on something you dont need. Hands down the best Parts/accesories dept In NC. Started going there because it was the only place with the part I needed and havent been anywhere else since even If they dont have what I need I would rather wait till they did. all in all a great environment. five stars!

I bought a couple of ATVs from Team Powersports this past weekend and they made it easy and painless. I got to test ride all the ATVs on their own test track. They were having a cookout and fed us all burgers and dogs. Apparently they do that alot. Everybody mad us feel right at home and welcome in all parts of the store. Eric Righter and Andy Velletri made it exciting and fun! Great place to just hang out and make new friends.

My husband and friends have for many years purchased things for our bikes or had service from Team Powersports. We've never found them to be anything but courteous, professional, and really knowledgeable. It seems people only post when they've had a problem. We've had only positive experiences with TPS and feel they go way above and beyond.

The above post was clearly written by the owner or employee. Only an owner thinks stuff like ""dealt with me one on one"", and ""willingness to work with me"" is friggin important to anyone. That's all salesman talk. Don't rip people off with high prices and drop your nasty attitude. Duh!
