I was having an issue with a faucet in my home and was given KW Boykin for help. They arrived at my home on time and were not only able to get me a new faucet installed but he was also able to get moen to warranty the faucet for free. He was great and a true blessing to help us get our faucet repaired.

Our water heater was around 14 years old and started leaking, K W Boykin came out on time and replaced the direct vent for the price he quoted over the phone. He didn't hit us with any extra charges or hidden fees. Very good prices and very knowledgable.

Mr. Boykin was on time and had the parts he needed on his van. He explained the situation , which turned out be a minor leak and only charged us a trip charge plus the part. We will call him in the future.
