We had an emergency, and even though we didn't have an appointment and were new patients, they were able to work us in. Front desk people, the vet tech, and the doctor were all very friendly and professional, which helped us, the parents, stay calm(er) in this incredibly stressful and scary time. The only downside to our experience was the clinic is not set up for billing, so you have to pay at the time of services. While that ordinarily would not be a problem, this was an emergency visit, so it was an unexpected expense. However, this is a fairly minor complaint, as they were able to get our cat feeling back to her normal self.
