This post office can not seem to read addresses. I continually get other neighbors mail and my mail

has gone to my neighbors. I have lived on Douglas Dr since 1997



and this post office still can't get things right. I have complained numerous times to no avail.

The customer service from the Kingsley Station is extremely poor. The carriers have become very rude.

Trying to resovle a delivery issue has been unsuccessful.

Being a disabled retired carrier myself and knowing what the rules and regulations of delivery are I realize the there are exceptions to the rules.

One delivery box per address. In my case all I asked was to please seperate the mail into 2 boxes since I am partially blind and my brother is totally blind. It helps us to make sure that we receive the correct bills and other important letters.

Past regular carriers have had a street alert card in the letter case for this address and have been courteous enough to even ring the door bell for my brother and tell him what his mail is. Pure courtesy and was greatly appreciated.

I have put notes asking for this same courtesy attached to the physical house. The carrier has no legal right to remove anything that is not part of the mail box, yet they tear down the notes and ignore them. They also have ignored picking up outgoing mail even when the red flag is up.

Again,,,,,Pure courtesy is all it would take to resolve this issue yet the Station will not do anything and the carrier refuses to do so also.

I have filed a complaint with the Postal Service in hopes of getting this taken care of.

Want you to know that I think the Post Office has lost the respect of the public and have not tried to accomodate when possible.

I actually give the station rating of 1/2 star.
