By reading some of the comments, I find a lot of them embellished. I personally haven't had a bad experience with this Property Management Co. I pay my rent on time, and get things fixed when needed. I would assume that most who are disgruntled about something, would leave a negative feedback. Furthermore, being familiar with leasing residential property, it is totally different from Multi-Family ( apt complex). These properties are individually owned. The Owners have say so. The property management co is working for the owner. The owner decides who to hire to do repair work, if they want something fixed, etc. Yes, the owners may be tight wads, but as you all know, where ever you decide to rent or lease, you are going to have issues some time or another. Give these guys a break.

Total scam artists. I saw a house that I liked, but the carpet was trashed and I wanted to know the age of the a/c unit. In order to find out how old the a/c was and if they would fix or replace this torn, worn and bleached carpet, they wanted to process my application and give them $1195.00! So, they wanted to take my money just to get these questions answered. My realtor said this was not standard and to not do business with them. I would avoid!!!

Do NOT ever try to lease from those crooks

Just like the other reviewers stated, the lady told us we were approved for the house only to call us 10 days prior to move in and say that we weren't approved and the "owner doesn't want to do any repairs". The agent was about a hundred shades of shady and she told lie after lie. I wouldn't recommend that company to my worst enemy.

Overall

Worst property management company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Also pulled the same trick with me as the previously reviewer stated. Told me the rental was all lined up, took my money for deposits and application fee, only to call me two days later to tell me they found a better offer. Right off the bat I lost around $75 dollars in application fees, and canceled money order checks. A few days later, they called me back and told me " Oh well the other offer fell through, you can have the place we promised you again." Against my better judgement and lack of options I signed the paper work and moved into one of their properties. When I arrived at the house the place was in shambles. Dead bugs all over the place, trash piled up, and the lawn three weeks past due for a trimming. The place was filthy, looked like a miley cyrus video and/or an episode of Bum Fights was filmed in my living room the past week and they forgot to clean up afterwards. I Called Regent Reality wondering why in the world no one had bothered to clean the place prior to my arrival, the response " Sorry you signed the paperwork- property is as is". In addition to terrible customer service it often took weeks if not MONTHS!!!! to any work done in the house. Among said problems that took forever to repair: Improperly fit front and back doors, quite literally could watch bugs crawling underneath the doors. Leaking bathtubs, the dishwasher, numerous electrical issues, and cockroach infestations. Many issues, often times going unresolved. At that point I gave up in trying to have them fix any issues with their property and just fixed them myself out of pocket. Fast forward to a month ago when I was moving out, I called them and asked specifically what all needs to be cleaned and fixed up to get my full deposit of $1250 back. They said, " Just leave the house in the original condition you received it in, and you will get your full deposit back". I laughed at that statement and told them if I left the house in the condition I received it in no new tenant would bother to look at the place, it would be filthy! I cleaned that house for three days straight, scrubbed floors, painted walls, maintenance the yard, caulked windows, vacuumed and cleaned again. I received $167.00 of my $1250 deposit back. Of the deductions, $700 for cleaning and upkeep. Well I guess I'm off to small claims court, since I can't get them to return my call. Will keep you guys updated on the outcome, but learn from my mistakes. Prospective Renters: Do not give these clowns one of your hard earned dollars, do not trust them to keep their word, and do not rent one of their properties

Overall

Unethical and unprofessional

Their assistant property manager asked us when we could move in to the property after our lease application was in process, only to inform us four days later that our application was "declined because the owner received a better offer." Other realtors at least give you the opportunity to know that someone came in with a higher offer when your application is in process.
