Rude, Rude, Rude - Office staff is a joke!
This Doctor's office has been going downhill for a while, but I have finally had it with the Cranky and inept office staff. Mainly the office manager - Susan. Who I belive is actually the doctor's wife, talk about a Witch!! Scheduling an appointment is stressful in itself with the lazy scheduling girls, and then you arrive for your appointment and you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. Have they ever heard of a schedule?! The doctor himself is quite rude, seems to have some personal issues to deal with, and I have over heard him yell and scream at Susan, and also heard him say many derogotory things to minorities and women. I feel for all the people that must wait to be treated like garbage by these people.
