We have taken our car here for years and…

We have taken our car here for years and have always been very pleased by the service, but we took our car here a couple days ago and it was horrible. Getting your car detailed is a luxury obviously and when it comes to detailing a car it should be perfect unless they are not going to charge hardly anything. We were getting our car detailed so we could sell it and before we could sell it we had to vaccum it out again because there was some sand and grass under the seats. The dash and the steering wheel looked nice but the cup holder was still dirty. When we pulled in the guy said this car already looks good it should not take long at all. We will not be going back to this place again.

stolen sony camera

my name is Daryl my wife and I went and had car washed on 4-16-2010 and when they had finished we went out of town and we had put our camera under the seat when we went to get our camera it was gone the one that detailed the car had stolen it when we went back talked to manager he claimed to look at the footage from a camera which there is none outside where the cars are so they are not only thieves but liars also i would not recomend them to anyone they will steal from you

Poor service, under staffed in oil change area.

I wrote on the order ticket that I wanted Pennzoil. They didn't tell me until they had drained the oil that Pennzoil woul cost me an additional $8. When I inquired about the bulk oil tanks with Pennzoil logo, my attention was turned to the Valvoline signs in a way that questioned my intelligence. They are listed as a Pennzoil dealer.
