        Overall

        There wasn't a lot good about my experience. Ken (the owner) is not very friendly at all. I lined up to have them come measure and make a template. He arrived only able to measure. I informed him that I specifically asked for a template to be made, as I didn't want two different appointments. No apologies for the lack of communication on their end - only that I'd need to schedule another appointment for the template. So then I scheduled another appointment for the template. The guy arrived ready to measure - he wasn't told he'd need to make a template and he didn't have the template material with him. I was furious. I had to call back and make a 3rd appointment and finally they came and made the template. Again, NO apologies for the hassle, inconvenience or delay. Once it was done, I was told that they charge a 3% upcharge if you pay them with a credit card. That's ridiculous. There are only a few businesses that pass that charge onto the customers and I generally will not do business with those companies (as they tend not to be customer service oriented). Such is the case with Classic Countertops. I would go elsewhere, there are plenty of fabricators out there who appreciate customers and don't treat them so poorly.
