We are so sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the final hair/makeup outcome on your wedding. We do wish you the best in your married life. However we would like to clarify the situation. Your mom had requested that you to be the last one to be done even though we have asked and told her many times when she visited our salon that the bride should be the first one to be worked on. Also, if you remember, you brought us a different hair style (photo) from your cell phone on wedding day and asked us to do your hair using that style. As a matter of fact, we had told you that this new style that you requested and the rhinestone headpiece are not easily integrated, but you insisted on doing that! Time is of essence specially when there is change in hair style on wedding day(last minute). BTW, the bridesmaids only was charged $80 each. This is the case of cause and effect. In this case, the request on doing your hair/makeup last from your mom, in addition to changing hair style at the last minute has this chain of event broken. We are so sorry and wishing you the best once again.

I had my hair and makeup done here for the wedding. They did a wonderful job on my bridesmaids with their hair and makeup. Their hair and makeup stayed perfect throughout the night. However, they RAN OUT OF TIME when they got to the bride, me, and then proceeded to tell me that I got there TOO LATE even though I arrived at exactly at the time they told me to come. They just didn't start on time for me because they were running late from doing the bridesmaids. I had gone in for a trial run of hair and makeup and was happy with how they did my hair and makeup then. Which was why I had decided to book them. I figured if they did a good job on the trial run, they should do at least that good if not better on the day of the wedding. However, on the day of the wedding, they did EVERYTHING WRONG. They started doing my hair and makeup late, and then did my makeup differently from the trial run, which I did not like. I wouldn't have even had time to make them re-do my makeup the way I liked it b/c they started everything late. I had to change my hair from what I had done at the trial run because I had decided to add a rhinestone headpiece that I originally didn't have at the trial run. They then complained that the change in hairstyle made it difficult for them to get me ready on time, and my hair was a basic updo. They ended up putting up and taking down my hair two times before they could get it looking decent. And by then I was running out of time. I had to have them just put it up in a updo, which didn't even stay up the whole night. Throughout the whole evening I was putting in bobby pins to keep my hair up. If they had at least done my makeup the way it was done at the trial run, I would've been OK with having to keep putting bobby pins in the whole night, but instead I had to settle for a updo that kept falling out and makeup that was just mediocre. Why would I want to spend $200 on my bridal hair and makeup (for a falling updo and a mediocre makeup application) only to have them do a better job on my bridesmaid who only had to pay $85? I might as well have just done my own makeup and gone somewhere else to get my hair done! At least then I wouldn't be out $200 and I would've been happier and less stressed on the day of the wedding! I was so frustrated with the whole experience, because they were capable of doing a better job, as evidenced by my bridesmaids, but then they ran out of time to do everything for the bride, the most important person for the day, and then proceeded to blame me!
