Walmart Auto Care Centers

Try to find something in this store again once the last one is sold. Bare spots everywhere and takes forever if not ever to get the product in again (body soap for example). The brand I used was there until they ran out and hasn't been there since to where I had to go to another Wal-mart to get it. Ten months later they finally got it in.

See for yourself. Find a product that should be stocked and see just how long it takes this store to get it in.

Had a return and no receipt. No big deal for Wal-mart right? Wrong! Nasty customer service person claimed cannot take returns without receipt. Pointed out return policy for returns without receipt don't get cash back but you do get store credit. Claimed wasn't there problem! Obviously neither are hospitality, empathy, compassion and customer service skills!

There have been many times I have been to Walmart and not one employee bothered to help me.I was even standing besides a employee and he/she didn't even ask me if I needed help. Plus I wouldn't call this Walmart a Supercenter. Because they have hardly anything there. For me to find what I want, I have to go all the way to city.I would not recommend going to this walmart.
